Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from North Star Journals. If there’s an issue with your order, please review the policy below and contact us at hello@northstar-journals.com. We’re happy to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for photos of the damage and the original packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Returns

All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be in unused condition and returned with the original packaging intact.

To start a return, please contact us first so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us in advance may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.
